We will work together to identify your goals. We will look at the reality of those goals and explore where the opportunities are. We will analyse your values and whether you’re in alignment with them. We will make a plan and give you mini experiences to do. We will establish what support you might need/want and how to access it. We may use different models and resources to help you achieve results. I will actively listen to you and keep you accountable.
